1/2 cup packed baby spinach
1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, cored, not peeled
Thick slice of fresh ginger, about 1/4-inch wide
1/2 ripe avocado
3 large ice cubes or 1/2 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
