Easy Beef Tacos

Prep the taco toppings while browning the beef and dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes.
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 to 1 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef (93% lean)
1/2 cup water
3 to 4 Tbsp. College Inn® Savory Infusions Roasted Garlic & Chile Base
8 taco-size soft tortillas, toasted
Topping Options: Lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream, green onion, radish, cilantro, lime
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and break into large chunks with a wooden spoon.
Cook until thoroughly browned, stirring frequently, breaking into smaller pieces with spoon.
Carefully stir in water and Savory Infusions. Cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until most of the water is evaporated. Divide meat among tortillas and serve with toppings, as desired.
TIP: Toasting the tortillas adds a lot of flavor to tacos. On electric stoves, toast the tortillas in a hot dry skillet over medium heat about 30 seconds on each side, then wrap in a tea towel to keep warm. Or, blister them directly over the flames on a gas stove, turning frequently with tongs.
