How to Caramelize Onions in 55 Minutes

3 large onions, thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
3 cups College Inn® Beef Broth or College Inn® Chicken Broth
Combine onions and 1/2 cup broth in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until all broth has evaporated and onions begin to brown.
Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, adding broth in 1/2 cup increments when broth has evaporated, until onions are tender and become dark golden brown, about 45 minutes.
