Cranberry Apple Sage Stuffing
There's a reason this stuffing is specially requested year after year. Not necessarily on holidays, either!
3 cups College Inn® Chicken Broth
1 pkg. (12 oz.) cubed herb seasoned stuffing mix *
1 large red or green tart apple, such as Braeburn or Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and chopped (1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp. dried rubbed sage or dried rosemary, crushed
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Gently stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray; cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until heated through.
