1 carton (24 oz.) College Inn® Savory Chicken Simple Starter® Sauce

3 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or crushed dried rosemary

1.5 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 2-inch chunks

4 cups cut green beans (1 1/2-inch pieces)

1 cup uncooked long grain white rice

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped tomato

Topping: Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Stove Top

  1. Combine sauce, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven.  Stir in chicken, beans and rice.  Bring just to a boil over medium-high heat.  Stir, scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon.
  2. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes.  Stir in tomatoes; cover and let stand 5 minutes.  Serve with cheese, as desired.


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.  Combine sauce, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.  Stir in rice, then top evenly with beans and chicken.
  2. Cover tightly with foil; bake 45 minutes.  Stir; bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until rice is done.  Top with tomatoes and let stand 5 minutes loosely covered with foil.  Serve with cheese, as desired.
