1.5 lb. sirloin or strip steak, trimmed and thinly sliced (1/8-inch thick)
1 carton (24 oz.) College Inn® Hearty Beef Simple Starter® Sauce
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 1/2 tsp. dry ginger
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 cups (about 10 oz.) small broccoli flowerets (1-inch pieces)
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in 1/2-inch wide strips
