1/2 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. College Inn® Savory Infusions Herb Roasted Chicken Base

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut in half horizontally

2 Tbsp. plain bread crumbs

1 Tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley or basil leaves, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Stir together yogurt, Parmesan and Savory Infusions in a small bowl. Place chicken on the baking sheet. Spread yogurt mixture onto chicken; sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and gently press into the yogurt mixture.

  3. Bake about 25 minutes, until chicken is golden brown outside, no longer pink inside and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Sprinkle with parsley or basil before serving, if desired.
