Turkey Vegetable Soup with Stars

Ingredients

  • 2 cans College Inn® Turkey Broth
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup carrots diced
  • 2/3 cup celery diced
  • 2/3 cup onions diced
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 cup pastina (stars)
  • 1-1/2 cups turkey cooked & cubed

Directions

1. Place oil in medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.
2. Add vegetables and tarragon; saute until tender (3-4 minutes).
3. Add broth and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Add pasta and turkey; boil gently for 6-8 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
