Sausage Mushroom Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz. College Inn® Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic
  • 1/2 lb. sausage hot or sweet
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 9 cups dried bread cubes
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/4 parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

In large skillet, brown sausage, breaking up pieces. Drain sausage on paper towels; discard fat. In same skillet, cook onion, celery, and mushrooms until tender. In large bowl, combine sausage, vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing into a 2-quart casserole sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover; bake in oven at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
