Mushroom Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. ginger root minced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- 1-1/2 cup mushrooms (small) diced
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Directions
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat melt butter, add gingerroot, garlic, cilantro and green onions and sauté 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender, 1 – 2 minutes. Pour in broth and bring to a boil, simmer until reduced about 10 minutes. Add cream and simmer to reduce until sauce is thickened to desired consistency.
Sauce - Serve with grilled pork tenderloin, chicken, or tuna.
Serve over rice
