Hamburger Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 can College Inn® Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef lean
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 7 carrots sliced 1/2 thick
  • 3 potatoes peeled. cut into cubes
  • 1-1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions

In large saucepot, brown beef and onions; drain fat. Add broth, ketchup, carrots, potatoes, oregano and pepper. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Thoroughly blend flour and water; stir into stew. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
