Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef lean
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 7 carrots sliced 1/2 thick
- 3 potatoes peeled. cut into cubes
- 1-1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup water
Directions
In large saucepot, brown beef and onions; drain fat. Add broth, ketchup, carrots, potatoes, oregano and pepper. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Thoroughly blend flour and water; stir into stew. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
