Green Beans with Red Peppers and Chives

Ingredients

  • 3 cups College Inn® Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chives chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

Place College Inn® chicken broth in a stock pot and boil. Drop green beans in chicken broth and cook until al dente. Dice red pepper. Place olive oil and red pepper into a sauté pan and cook until soft. Drain green beans and add to sauté pan with the peppers and stir until warm. Sprinkle on chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.
