Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
- 4 lbs. chuck roast
- 1 onion (large) sliced
- 2 14 oz. beer
- 12 french rolls
Directions
Place chuck roast in large 13x9x5 (deep) baking pan. Cover with onions, beef broth & beer. Cook for 4-6 hours (or longer if necessary) at 350 degrees. The meat should easily shred when done. Slice rolls horizontally and dip in beef liquid. Fill the roll with beef and enjoy!!
