Dijon Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz. College Inn® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cups onions sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

Coat pork chops with flour, shaking off excess. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown pork chops in oil. Remove pork chops from skillet; pour off fat. In same skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir onions for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add pork chops, beef broth and mustard; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until pork is tender.
