Country Vegetable & Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can College Inn® Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (large) chopped
  • 1 box frozen vegetables
  • 8 oz. kielbasa diced
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

1. In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook and stir onion and garlic in 1/2 cup broth, until tender.
2. Add reamining broth, vegetables, kielbasa and thyme. Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
