Corn and Pepper Fish Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 14.5 oz. Can College Inn Turkey Broth
- 2 BACON (strips) diced
- 1 cup GREEN BELL PEPPERS diced
- 1/2 cup ONIONS
- 2 Tbsp. FLOUR
- 1/4 tsp. THYME
- 1 cup POTATOES peeled & diced
- 1 14.5 oz. Can CREAM CORN
- 1/2 lb. COD, TILAPIA, SALMON, OR SEA BASS FISH FILLET
Instructions
In medium saucepan cook bacon till crisp; remove and set aside. In same pan sauté peppers and onions till tender crisp, 2-3 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add broth, thyme, potatoes, and corn; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add fish and continue to simmer for 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Add bacon and serve.
