Chunky Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can College Inn® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup rotini pasta uncooked
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn

Directions

1. In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat chicken broth, bell pepper, garlic, carrots, celery, onion, basil and pepper to a boil.
2. Stir in rotini; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Stir in corn; cook 5 minutes longer or until rotini is cooked.
