Chunky Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup rotini pasta uncooked
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
Directions
1. In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat chicken broth, bell pepper, garlic, carrots, celery, onion, basil and pepper to a boil.
2. Stir in rotini; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Stir in corn; cook 5 minutes longer or until rotini is cooked.
