Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1 can College Inn® Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
- 1 14.5 oz. Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes
- 2 chicken breasts skin removed
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp. jalapeño peppers minced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- tortilla chips broken
- avocado (small) chopped
- monterey jack cheese shredded
Directions
1. In large saucepot, combine broth, chicken, onion, garlic and jalapeno.
2. Simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken, let cool briefly.
3. Shred chicken, discarding bones. Return chicken to pot.
4. Add tomatoes and lime juice; heat.
5. Place tortilla chip pieces in serving bowls; ladle soup over. Top with avocado and cheese.
