Photographing food is tricky.

One minute, the lettuce is perky. The sauce is glistening. The steam, well, steams.

The next, it’s disposal fodder.

But a great photo makes people eager to try a recipe.

So we’ve given students in the culinary and photography programs at The Art Institutes(SM) a mouth-watering assignment: create recipes made fast, easy and very delicious with our College Inn® broths and stocks–and shoot them for our website.

The students get valuable experience working on a global brand, samples for their portfolio and photo credit if their picture is selected.

You get an idea of what these sumptuous soups, braises, sautés and stir-fries are supposed to look like.

Oh, and hungry.
