College Inn® Chicken Broth:

Add to 1 can diced Italian or roasted garlic diced tomatoes and thicken with 2 TB cornstarch for a quick light sauce for pasta.
For quick gravy thicken with 2-3 TB cornstarch depending on desired thickness.
If you need only a small amount of broth place the rest of the broth in an ice cube tray 2-4 TB per section. When frozen place in a zip lock bag and label, use in place of water in recipes.
Use in place of water in grits for a different side dish.
Use in place of half the milk or cream in cream sauces and soups for a lighter flavor.
 

College Inn® Lemon Herb Broth:

Use instead of water to cook fresh or frozen vegetables like asparagus, cauliflower, peas; lemon adds a nice fresh flavor.
If you need only a small amount of broth place the rest of the broth in an ice cube tray 2-4 TB per section
When frozen place in a zip lock bag and label, use in place of water in recipes.
For a nice sauce for your grilled or broiled fish thicken with 2-3 Tb cornstarch depending on desired thickness.
Use in place of water in cornbread mix for a new flavor.
 

College Inn® French Onion Beef Broth:

Use in place of milk in biscuits for an onion flavored biscuit.
Use in place of water in bread recipes for an onion bread.
For quick gravy thicken with 2-3 TB cornstarch depending on desired thickness.
Use to deglaze pan when cooking a Pot roast or Pork roast, adds a nice additional flavor to gravy.
If you need only a small amount of broth place the rest of the broth in an ice cube tray 2-4 TB per section. When frozen place in a zip lock bag and label, use in place of water in recipes.

Use to deglaze pan when baking a roast turkey or chicken, adds a nice flavor to the gravy.
Use in place of water in any soup recipe.
